Developer Newcore Games is excited to announce that they have received an Epic MegaGrant for their new 2.5D sidescroller action title, The Devil Within: Satgat. The MegaGrant will be used to support the development of the game as it continues production on its way to a 2023 release on PC and consoles. Epic MegaGrants is a program created by Epic Games to support the development of innovative and creative Unreal Engine projects.
Newcore is also looking forward to showing off The Devil Within: Satgat at the Tokyo Games Show on September 15th – 18th, where they’ll be featured on site as part of the Korean Pavilion. At the booth, attendees will have the opportunity to demo the game for the very first time! Interviews with the developers will be available upon request. This year, the Tokyo Games Show is being held at the Makuhari Messe, and will feature over 400 exhibitors and 1,900 booths. Fans will be able to experience playable demos, live streams, and more–in person for the first time since 2019.
