Air Force Gaming Launches New Intramural Esports Program

Air Force Gaming announced today that it is expanding to become the United States Military’s first global intramural esports league. Now, Airmen and Guardians at every Air Force and Space Force base on the planet will be able to come together through community experiences and competitive leagues.

Through this program, Air Force Gaming players can play in regional tournaments that ladder up into global playoffs. League champions will even get the chance to officially represent the Department of the Air Force in upcoming esports events.

Already more than 1000 Air Force Gaming teams have participated in events for Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War, League of Legends, and Rocket League. The six-week regular season has begun, and winners of the post-season playoffs will compete to become regional Air Force Champions.
