BLAST and TW Steel launch world’s first esports watch

BLAST, the global esports entertainment company, has partnered with leading watch brand TW Steel to create the world’s first ever esports watch.

BLAST hosts the globe’s leading Counter-Strike tournament where the finest teams and players go head-to-head in sold out arenas with millions watching at home from all around the world and now fans will be able to get their hands on the first ever esports watch.

TW Steel have taken inspiration in the watch design from one of the world’s most popular and played computer games and combined it with elements that the Dutch watch brand have become renowned for over recent years – design, attitude and Swiss quality standard.

Watches will be available in two options, Maverick Chronograph, which includes a Super Luminova Counter Strike-inspired crosshair, all black design and a BLAST logo. The second option, Volante, features a Counter-Strike-inspired map design etched into the watchface.

A limited edition one-off TW Steel esports watch will be specially made for the winners of the highly anticipated BLAST Global Final, which sees one team crowned champions of the world and handed $1,000,000 in prize money. This annual BLAST tradition will immortalise the winning players’ efforts in a one-off watch.

TW Steel – meaning ‘The Watch in Steel’ – stands unique amongst its rivals by concentrating exclusively on developing and leading the oversized watch market. The company was established in 2005 by the father and son team of Jordy and Ton Cobelens in the Netherlands. TW Steel offers a defined sense of individuality with style and quality assured.
