The next artist in the Soundwave Series will next put the spotlight on one of the biggest rappers in Brazil, Emicida, on April 29th, 2022.
- To jump in, players can enter the SOUNDWAVE SERIES: EMICIDA tile (or enter the Island code 6929-7613-7801) starting Friday, April 29 at 6 PM ET.
- The show will repeat non-stop for 72 hours until Monday, May 2, at 6 PM ET
- The Keep Going Lobby Track and Triumphant Emote will be available in the Fortnite Item Shop starting Thursday, April 28, at 8 PM ET — before the event!
- After you complete the experience, you’ll get some XP and the Soundwave Series – Emicida Spray as a memento.
- Emicida’s interactive experience was created by Fortnite community creators BertBuilds, Paradox Builds, and Zen Creative
- In the experience, Emicida shares his path as a rapper, from when he was doing street rap battles to becoming recognized internationally.
- In the coming months, Fortnite will showcase other artists from around the globe like Japanese pop artist + music producer Gen Hoshino and record-breaking French-Malian singer Aya Nakamura.

- Download Fortnite for Free: Fortnite is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android, and PC.
- Ensure you have the Latest Update: Make sure you’ve got the latest version of Fortnite downloaded. Give yourself time to download the game so you’re ready to go before the show on April 29.
- Head to the Discover Menu: On the right side of your screen there is a “Change” button. Click on the button to head over to the Discover menu.
- Click on the tile that says “SOUNDWAVE SERIES: EMICIDA.” Once you’ve done that, hit “Play!” You’re ready to roll!
