Certification is a significant achievement. Using validated employee feedback gathered with Great Place to Work’s rigorous, data-driven For All methodology, Certification confirms that at least 65% of employees have a consistently positive experience at CCP Games.

This year 61 companies made it to the list. The survey was applied to more than 150 companies with more than 200,000 employees in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This survey assesses employees’ perceptions of leadership, organizational culture, and trust, and is decisive for being selected for the “Best Workplaces in Greater China”.
