It’s that time of year again…
What a year.
I speak for the whole Collective team when I say we’ve been amazed and humbled by the quality and variety of the pitches submitted this year for consideration – not to mention the quantity.
Working out which projects to choose each month from all those submitted has become a truly difficult task, and while we’re always sorry to those teams we can’t support, it’s fantastic to see pitches that communicate more and more effectively with each passing month.
For now, we’ve closed submissions for 2016. It might seem a little early, but that’s because we need to make sure that the last pitch of the year completes before people start to break for the Holiday season – so we have just two pitches going live for November, and we’ll be finishing those up around mid-December.
We will of course be back in 2017. Usually we’ll open up submissions for January as soon as we’re back in the office after New Year, so we will plan to run at least three pitches in that month, rather than wait until January 20 and only start publishing projects in February.
So, keep watching our channels in early January, as we’ll announce the precise details then.
Meanwhile, we’ll be announcing the next Kickstarter we’re supporting very soon… 🙂
