Level Infinite, a video game publisher, and Hotta Studio, a developer, have announced details about the upcoming expansion for Tower of Fantasy, called Under the Grand Sea. The expansion is set to be released on March 30 and will include a new map, simulacra, and challenges that will offer players an immersive underwater experience. Within the three layers of the new map, Grand Sea Island, Innars City, and Dragon Breath Volcano, players will be able to engage in underwater combat, encounter new bosses and enemies, and explore a variety of special content.
As part of the expansion, new simulacra, including Lan, who claims to be from Domain 9, will be introduced. Lan has a fiery bird-shaped headpiece and wields an umbrella that unleashes a massive amount of energy. In addition to Lan, other simulacra will also be present in the game. The expansion will also offer exciting new bosses and challenges, including the new Abyssant, Haboela, a Behemoth Abyssant that uses its colossal body size and lava as a weapon.
Under the Grand Sea will feature a new Underwater Request Mission where players can explore the underwater world, obtain rich rewards, or team up to challenge the New Crusade Ring of Oblivion. The full game, as well as the new update, will also be available on the Epic Games store later this summer.
