Drill Man Rumble and its dangerous arenas are targeted for launch in early 2020 in Early Access on PC (and later on Xbox One, PS4, and Switch). However, if you are attending PAX East, you will be able to play Drill Man Rumble at the Another Indie Booth (#30051).
