DRAGON BONES DLC GAME PACK

With the Dragon Bones DLC game pack, you will be able to explore two all-new four-player dungeons.

Scalecaller Peak

Zaan the Scalecaller has returned with a new patron, the Daedric Prince of Pestilence, Peryite. With her new master’s help, she threatens to unleash a deadly new plague upon all of Tamriel. You must enter the long-abandoned temple of Scalecaller, battle your way through plague-twisted monsters and cultists, face the resurrected Dragon Priest, and put a stop to her vile plans.

Fang Lair

The lost Dwarven ruins of Fang Lair were once the final resting place of the mighty dragon Thurvokun. Now, it is inhabited by a dangerous Necromancer cult and their monstrous creations. However, the Blackmarrow Cult wants more than lost treasure: they aim to reanimate the bones of the long-dead Dragon himself! Make your way through the lost site and stop the powerful Necromancer Orryn the Black before he can bring his terrible new weapon to bear on the people of Tamriel.

Both of these new dungeons can be completed in normal or veteran difficulties and contain a veteran hard mode option for those groups who truly want to be challenged. Each dungeon has its own unique rewards, too, including new gear sets, monster sets, achievements, costumes and skins, and, of course, trophies.

UPDATE 17 FOR ALL

The Update 17 base-game patch will also arrive alongside the Dragon Bones DLC game pack as a free update for all ESO players. This update contains a host of amazing new features and improvements to The Elder Scrolls Online that everybody can enjoy.

Outfit System

Be who you want to be with the new Outfit System! Now, you can completely customize almost every aspect of your appearance with unique Outfits, regardless of the gear you are wearing. You will have one free Outfit that you can customize at a cost of gold, but should you wish, you can purchase additional Outfits and Outfit Change Tokens (allowing you to save gold) from the in-game Crown Store. To begin customizing your Outfit, locate a new Outfit Station (previously known as Dye Stations).

Home Storage

With Update 17, we are also introducing a new home furnishings type: storage containers. With storage containers, you can finally store bankable items in your own homes, freeing up space from your bank, inventory, or craft bag. You can earn the first of these by leveling a character to level 18 and receiving it as a level-up reward, but there are seven additional containers you can acquire from in-game vendors and the Crown Store.

New Level-Up Experience

In order to help players better understand the game and how to develop their characters, we’ve introduced a new level-up experience. Now, when you level up in The Elder Scrolls Online, you’ll receive unique rewards and helpful gameplay tips to help you on your adventures. In addition to this, we’ve created a new Skills Advisor tool that you can use to help pick your character’s skills and abilities based on a desired archetype.

You can find out more about this new system in our feature article.

Combat Improvements

In addition to the new features above, we’ve made some dramatic changes to ESO‘s combat system. These changes include improvements to Synergies, the removal of area-of-effect caps, changes to block costs, changes to cast-time abilities and interrupts, and changes to how Heavy Attacks and the Off Balance mechanic work.

NEW PVP BATTLEGROUNDS FOR YOU TO CONQUER

Update 17 will also arrive with two brand-new PvP Battlegrounds. These new arenas will test you and your PvP team in new and different ways.

Mor Khazgur

This Orc stronghold has seen more than its fair share of conflict over the ages, but thanks to its precarious ledges and limited visibility, it is now the perfect arena for 4v4v4 battles.

Deeping Drome

Set deep beneath Tamriel, this cavernous arena is illuminated by the glow of the surrounding mushrooms, lighting your way through its tight corners and winding pathways.

You and your allies can access both Battlegrounds via the regular Grab Bag Battlegrounds queue in your Group & Activity Finder. Note that you must have ESO: Morrowind installed in order to participate in Battlegrounds matches.

ANCIENT THREATS RISE AGAIN

The dead don’t always stay dead. In Dragon Bones, long-forgotten powers have returned to once again plague Tamriel. Will you answer the call of the Undaunted and venture into Scalecaller Peak and Fang Lair?
