Gamelancer launches with successful seed funding by top venture capitalist firm, Mayfair Global Ventures Corporation. Funding will further support Gamelancer product development, expanding its app offerings to create the best user experience for gamers. John Monopoly, known for representing musical artists like Kanye West and Missy Elliott, joins the Gamelancer team as Head of Talent where he will use his expertise in entertainment management to bring influential and highly skilled talent to the platform. Additionally, Gamelancer has attracted top talent including Nick Nelson, formerly of Netflix as Head of Product, and John Gauthier of Uber joining as Head of Growth. This powerhouse team joins Romanescu and Lopes to drive Gamelancers mission of creating a new earning opportunity for gamers and a non-traditional way to connect with different players.
