GFN Thursday Brings ‘Lost Ark’ to Nearly Any Device, the 2.0.40 Update With Apple M1 Processor Native Support, 13 Games + More.
This week, GeForce NOW members get an upgraded experience with the 2.0.40 update that includes a number of new features. Native support comes to M1-based MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac Minis, providing lower power consumption and faster app startup times. Mac gamers can play their favorite games for longer, unplugged, like last week’s godly addition of God of War.
There’s also a new and improved streaming statistics overlay with more information (screenshot attached). One of the more notable additions is game FPS (rendering frame rates) joining the existing streaming FPS (streaming frame rates).
Plus, GeForce NOW membership gift cards can now be redeemed for RTX 3080; and a membership reward for the ‘Heroic Edition’ of Guild Wars 2.
Members can look for the following 14 games joining the GeForce NOW library this week:
- Dune: Spice Wars (New release on Steam)
- Holomento (New release on Steam)
