Prolific MMORPG studio Gravity is excited to announce that Genshin Impact’s Lilypichu and ProZD will be joining the voice cast for Ragnarok Origin, a mobile remasters of 2002’s Ragnarok Online.
Ragnarok Origin brings the original old-school MMORPG experience to a new audience, adapting the classic world of Ragnarok Online for the mobile generation. Ragnarok Origin features detailed 3D graphics, improved combat, and reworked quests. Picking from one of six highly customizable character classes, players are free to explore, fight, quest and socialize as they see fit. Explore the wilds, visit massive cities and immerse yourself in a nostalgic yet fresh fantasy world.
Gravity is also excited to announce that Lilypichu will be voicing multiple characters in the game. Lilypichu will be guiding players as the friendly Sprakki that will tell beginning players all they need to know about exploring Midgard. Along with voicing Sprakki, Lilypichu will also be heard as the voices of Kafra that players will encounter in all major cities.
Joining Lilypichu is ProZD, who’s appeared in games such as Genshin Impact, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and the upcoming God of War Ragnarok. He voices Seyren, a member of the Imperial Knights of Rune Midgarts. With his passionate personality and leadership skills, he’ll guide players through mysterious events in the game. ProZD also voices Hugin and Varmundt, who are central characters that players will meet throughout the story.
Ragnarok Origin is set to fully launch on iOS and Android in North America this fall, with a release date announcement soon. P
