Much like a well-timed Shoryuken, TEPPEN is smashing into PAX West. GungHo Online Entertainment (GOE) will be showing off the latest updates to the CAPCOM co-developed ultimate card battle game TEPPEN at PAX West 2019.
At booth #825, GOE will be showing off new cards, balance updates, and a brand-new playable hero – Jill Valentine from Resident Evil. The new hero will come with her own unique cards, as well as three specially designed Hero Arts.
Famed fighting game champions Justin “JWong” Wong, Victor “Sp00ky” Fontanez, Christopher “NYChrisG” Gonzalez, Kenny “Unrooolie” O’Brien, and several other TEPPEN players will be showing off their skills and competing for a prize pool of $23,000 at the first TEPPEN invitational tournament.
In just over a month since its release, TEPPEN has crossed the 2 million downloads mark. TEPPEN shows no signs of slowing down, as the “Day of Nightmares” expansion pack will be launching in September 2019, showcasing a fantastic haul of brand-new cards. Check out the “Day of Nightmares” trailer.
