A week after the Early Access release of Chernobylite, developers have summed up player feedback and are ready to shape the roadmap towards delivering the final version. But if you still dream of going to the real Chernobyl, the developers prepared a virtual photography contest where the winner will join them on one of their trips and be able to take photos of Igor, Tatyana, and Black stalker in the real Zone. All you need to do is take a beautiful virtual photo within the game and post it on the Discord channel before midnight on Halloween, October 31st, PDT. One person can publish a maximum of 5 images considered for the competition. The best piece will be awarded a trip to Chernobyl together with the dev team (requirements: you need to be +18 years old, you need to have a valid international passport, and you need to go to Kyiv, Ukraine, or Gliwice, Poland on your own. Everything else, including travel, food, overnight stays, photo equipment, and permissions, will be covered by the devs. The trip dates can be anytime within the next 12 months).

The launch of Chernobylite’s Early Access on Steam and GOG attracted a lot of attention from players across all countries, so the developers decided to speed up the delivery of localized language versions. Today you can play Chernobylite with English and Russian voiceovers and display the interface and subtitles in several languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Hungarian, and Polish. The next localizations will soon be on their way.

The full release is planned for the second half of 2020, so be sure to follow Chernobylite’s Steam and Discord to keep up with all news and updates from the developers who are always happy to engage in discussions with their fans. After its Steam release, the game will also appear on other PC digital distribution platforms.
