Kabam announced today the return of MARVEL Contest of Champions’ most competitive premiere fighting game player tournament – Summoner Showdown 2021! The tournament makes its 3rd appearance since its 2019 launch and is once again opening the door to competitive MCoC players to fight for the chance to be crowned Summoner Showdown Champion.
This year’s competition will introduce new challenges for players as they will soon compete in a series of intensely challenging qualifiers, where three of the best players from the Americas, Europe, and Russia, as well as Asia and Oceania, will be chosen in order to go head-to-head to see who is the best of the nine finalists. In addition to receiving a variety of high-quality streaming gear to help facilitate the semi-finals and finals, the winner will receive an assortment of prizes including, in-game Champions and items, along with high-quality video equipment.
