Aksys Games today unveiled details about the upcoming cult classic Record of Agarest War. Expected to launch in March 2023 for Nintendo Switch, the tactical RPG features over 100 hours of gameplay, not including side/bonus missions, and a unique Soul Breed system to ensure the heroic line continues into future generations. The original game debuted in North America in 2008.
The Limited Edition features an 80-page art book, a set of bromide cards with artwork of a selection of female characters, an acrylic diorama, and the original soundtrack. A Standard Edition of the game is also available.
This updated version of Record of Agarest War includes all DLC for the game, as well as visual enhancements such as upscaled 2D art and full HD movies. The opening movie features music never before released in the West.
