As you may have seen, professional gamer, esports competitor, and one of Twitch’s most prominent streamers, Ludwig Ahgren, recently announced he has moved from Twitch to YouTube Gaming to exclusively Livestream for the platform, beginning today.
The professional gamer is the latest to make a move to YouTube Gaming to exclusively Livestream on the platform.
Professional gamer, host, eSports commentator, and competitor Ludwig Ahgren recently announced he is making a move to YouTube Gaming to exclusively Livestream on the global platform beginning today, December 1st, 2021.
Ludwig joins YouTube Gaming following one of his biggest years ever on Twitch in 2021, including his 51-day “subathon” event from this past Spring, where he became the most subscribed Twitch streamer of all time by reaching over 283,000 total subscribers at his peak on April 13.
“Growing my YouTube presence has been a focus of mine since I started streaming, and I’m excited to bring everything under one roof now” commented Ludwig. “I want to continue making dope content and I think YouTube Gaming is the best place to do that.”
Ludwig began streaming full-time on Twitch on February 16th, 2019, and has since become one of the largest streamers ever on the platform. In addition to Livestreaming gaming content, Ludwig also hosts game shows, competitions, a podcast, and more across his various channels. Ludwig is also known for his work as an esports commentator at various Super Smash Bros. Melee tournaments.
