Leading virtual reality (VR) game development company Schell Games, today announced its immersive sword fighting combat game, Until You Fall, will soon be getting its most significant update to date. Available for the HTC Vive/Vive Pro, Valve Index, and Oculus Rift/Rift S at the price of $19.99 USD in the Oculus and Steam stores, Rune Knights everywhere will be able to play through the contents of the upcoming free patch on November 14, 2019.
With this update, players will finally be able to complete the Shattered Woods campaign. Until now, Rune Knights have had access only to the Forests of Rokar and the Gateway to the City. With all-new environments, mysterious encounters, and combat music, they will be able to enter the Industrial Outskirts and experience their final encounter with the Aether Horror. In addition, the civilization of Rokar will be hit with two new enemies that players must defeat. Along with the rest of the Unraveled, the Empowered Captain and Empowered Spellweaver threaten the safety of Rokar. Brave Rune Knights who defeat the final boss of the Shattered Woods will acquire Twin Katars, unique punching daggers that can be paired together or mixed with other weapons to further customize their fighting style.
The Until You Fall update will also include dodging improvements, stabbing improvements, dash damage balance updates, as well as seated mode range adjustments to make the game more comfortable to play. Quality of life improvements will also be added, including better Augment rewards when defeating bosses.
