Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection: A Decade of NetBattles Now Available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection has launched, bringing all 10 mainline Mega Man Battle Network titles together for the first time. Fans can enjoy this MegaMan adventure on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The bundle is priced at $59.99 MSRP, while Volumes 1 and 2 are available for purchase separately in digital format for $39.99 MSRP each.

In this collection, players join Lan Hikari and his NetNavi, MegaMan.EXE, to combat the growing threat of cybercrime in the interconnected world of Net Society. Online features allow players to participate in Casual Battles, Private Battles with friends, and compete in Ranked Matches. Additional battle rules include Real Thing Battles, Triple Battles from Mega Man Battle Network 3, and Version Battles from Mega Man Battle Network 4. While online, players can trade Battle Chips, swap MegaMan.EXE styles, and exchange NetNavi Customizer programs with fellow NetBattlers worldwide. The new Buster MAX mode, available outside of online play, multiplies the damage of the normal MegaBuster shot by 100 during each game entry.

The Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection also introduces several new features, such as 499 Patch Cards from Mega Man Battle Network 4, previously exclusive to Japan, a gallery with over 1,000 illustrations, a Music Player featuring 188 tracks from all 10 titles, an interactive 3D MegaMan.EXE PET on the launcher screen, and an optional high-resolution filter for improved visuals.

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection compiles all 10 mainline Mega Man Battle Network titles, including graphics filters and bonus content, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 (PS4), and PC via Steam. Set in the near-future interconnected world of Net Society, the games revolve around computer programs called Network Navigators (NetNavis) that manage everything from toasters to city power grids. As cybercrime becomes more prevalent, players assume the role of Lan Hikari and his NetNavi, MegaMan.EXE, to confront the criminals behind these nefarious acts. Players control MegaMan.EXE as he navigates the net, engages in grid-based combat, and utilize Battle Chips to acquire powerful abilities to defeat viruses.
