Fulqrum Publishing and Best Way announced that the open beta for the eagerly awaited real-time strategy game Men of War II will be held from Thursday, May 11th to Monday, May 15th. The open beta can be accessed for free through the Men of War II Steam page, where players can sign up for participation today.
The upcoming beta follows a successful initial multiplayer tech test conducted last month. In addition to providing access to various multiplayer maps and modes, the new beta will introduce previously unseen single-player content and implement gameplay changes based on community feedback.
Maxim Kamensky, Men of War II Producer at Best Way, commented on the game’s development, stating, “With Men of War II, we aim to deliver exciting new experiences and make fresh gameplay innovations to the Men of War franchise.” He also expressed gratitude to long-time fans for their support and input, revealing that some of their suggestions would be incorporated into the beta and future updates.
To enlist in the open beta, players simply need to visit the Men of War II Steam store page and select the ‘Request Access’ option for a Men of War II Playtest. By doing so, they will be guaranteed access to the playtest, and those who sign up in advance will receive an email notification when the beta goes live.
Men of War II is set to release for PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and other digital platforms in 2023.
