Plus, with this launch, you and your friends can explore Minecraft—simultaneously, cross platform—on Rift, Gear VR, iOS, Android, and Windows 10 devices. You can download Minecraft for Rift on the Oculus Store here and upgrade to the full version, in game for $9.99. It’s also available as a free update for all existing Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Betaowners.

The world of Minecraft comes to life in VR. This update comes fully-featured, with controls specifically optimized for an intuitive VR experience. Be sure to take advantage of the awe-inspiring, fully immersive first person mode, as well as a theater view for a more comfortable option. And with features like Realms, you can create and adventure with a group of friends or family in your own permanent Minecraft world that’s always available.
