Leading video game publisher and developer, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. is launching NAMCO MUSEUM® ARCHIVES Vols 1 and 2 today on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and PC via STEAM® through digital storefronts.
Gathering NAMCO’s hits and long-lost treasure, each volume of NAMCO MUSEUM ARCHIVES features 10 historic 8-bit home console versions of arcade hits such as PAC-MAN and Galaga, as well as some classics that never made it to Western consoles including Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti and Dragon Buster II.
In addition to those classics, each volume includes an exciting “new” title developed specifically for NAMCO MUSEUM ARCHIVES Vol 1 includes an 8-bit reimagining of PAC-MAN Championship Edition, while NAMCO MUSEUM ARCHIVES Vol 2 adds an 8-bit home console version of Gaplus, the sequel to Galaga.
