To close out July, Netmarble is releasing another update for its pet-collecting mobile MMORPG StoneAge World that introduces all-new high-level content for expert Trainers to conquer, along with four new pets that are now available to collect. To kick off the new content, the overall level cap has increased from 99 to 109, with new equipment unlocked upon reaching level 100.
As part of this update, the Thief’s Hideout open dungeon is now available for players above Level 100 to complete. Players will need to clear four total floors with strategic use of their in-game abilities and clever assignment of their best Pets to defeat the Boss. After collecting a sufficient number of Torches, players can move to the next floor and receive rewards such as Stones and Soulstones by participating battles in dungeons.
Two of the four newly added pets, Baibo and Tralopho will be available to capture, and other two pets Winloth and Sandizard can be gained by collecting dungeon reward Soulstones and summoning pets by using them. Floors 5-7 of the Thief’s Hideout will be added in at a later date.
Other new content coming to StoneAge World includes:
- New Pets – The Baibo, Winloth, Sandizard, and Tralopho pets are now available for Trainers to collect.
- New Events
- 21-Day Daily Check-In – Players that log into StoneAge World will receive great rewards for logging in for up to 21 days.
- Thief Hideout Play Mission – As players play Thief’s Hideout, they can receive various in-game items such as Trainer’s Rope and Pet Coin.
StoneAge World takes the concept of pet-collection and role-playing game (RPG) mechanics and seamlessly blends them together with a delightful and venturesome MMO experience set in a whimsically inspired take on prehistoric societies. Set in the land of Tectonika, players will embrace the role of “Trainer,” a powerful warrior who collects, tames, and trains pets to protect the land from enemies. With over 250 pets including dinosaurs, wooly mammoths, pigs, wolves and more, players will have their hands full defending Tectonika against unknown enemies from the up-and-coming Machine Civilization and exploring the unique quirks of prehistoric society.
StoneAge World is now available for download on the App Store and Google Play, with supporting languages in English, Korean, Chinese (simplified / traditional), Japanese and Thai available for players.
