BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. today released a new paid DLC Expansion Pack for SD GUNDAM G GENERATION CROSS RAYS, giving fans of the game even more stages, quests, and content to explore in the GUNDAM universe. The Expansion Pack, which is not a part of the Season Pass, is available to purchase now for $7.99.
The complete lineup of contents for the SD GUNDAM G GENERATION CROSS RAYS Expansion Pack includes:
- Higher difficulty modes, including a new difficulty “Inferno Mode,” new character abilities and optional parts
- Five new “Expansion Stages”
- New Units, Characters, Quests, and Group Dispatch Missions
In addition, new details were revealed about a pair of upcoming free updates. The first free update, Ver.1.50, will be released on March 25. In addition to new functions and improvements, the update will include a new mission, “G Generation BGM Collection & Special Ability Acquisition Operation!” The second free update, Ver. 1.60, will be coming later in spring of 2020 and will add new costumes, settings, and voices to “My Character” as well as an increase in level cap to further strengthen units and characters.
SD GUNDAM G GENERATION CROSS RAYS bridges four iconic eras within the MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM universe, spanning MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM WING, MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM SEED, MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM 00 and MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS, all culminating to deliver the ultimate tactical RPG experience. Leveraging the series’ unique “Development,” “Design” and “Capture” mechanics, tacticians will battle for the principles of hope, freedom, reformation, and instinct as they pave the way for a new era of GUNDAM.
