Nexon Korea Corp has announced that Kokona, a Piercing Striker from Shanhaijing Senior Secondary School, will be introduced as a new student in the upcoming update of the Blue Archive game, developed by Nexon Games. Kokona’s EX Skill, Great Job, is incredibly useful, as it allows her to recover the HP of one ally and herself and earn one Stamp of Praise.
In addition to Kokona’s addition, Shun’s Pick-Up Recruitment will be introduced, and Pick-Up Recruitments for Kirino, Shun (Small), and Saya (Casual) will be brought back. The event story, “Playing Tag at Neverland,” is also returning, featuring Shun, who has been turned into her younger self by a youth elixir, getting into mischief while running around the academy.
The developers have also announced a special live stream event called Go! Go! Kivotos!, which will be available on the official YouTube channel on Friday, March 24th, 2023. The live stream will include commentary from the developers and information on digital merch, thrilling collaborations, and offline events.
Additionally, on March 8th, 2023 Blue Archive was ranked third in the popular game category at the Bahamut Game & Animation Awards for the second consecutive year, further demonstrating the game’s enduring popularity.
