Opening night for the ATLUS Art Exhibit 2019: Persona 5 Royal & Catherine: Full Body featuring Shigenori Soejima stole the hearts of everyone who attended!
After a brief Q&A in which Soejima-san explained some of his influences for fan-favorite designs in Persona 5 Royal and Catherine: Full Body, a brand-new trailer was shown announcing a Spring 2020 release date for the West for the highly-anticipated Persona 5 Royal!
For fans who attended the event – it was an incredible day filled with stunning art from both Soejima-san as well as select pieces of tribute art sourced from the community, towering Big Bang Burgers and adorable Morgana Desserts from the Okamoto Kitchen food truck, and more! About Shigenori Soejima:
Exceptionally creative and talented, yet humble and soft-spoken, Shigenori Soejima is the long-time character designer for ATLUS. His signature style is unmistakable; he’s most well-recognized for his contributions to the art direction of many modern Persona Team titles, including Persona 3, Persona 4, Persona 5, Persona 5 Royal, as well as Catherine and Catherine: Full Body, among others.
