In celebration of the London Spitfire capturing history during last year’s inaugural Overwatch League Grand Finals, the Spitfire are being honored with a brand-new Winston hero skin, “Flying Ace.” The skin will be available for 200 League Tokens on all versions of Overwatch from Aug. 29 – Sept. 16.
On July 29, the London Spitfire team visited Blizzard Entertainment in Irvine, California to get a sneak peek at the new skin. The Spitfire joined an Overwatch League broadcast crew as they toured the Blizzard campus and met with Overwatch developers that worked on the skin’s design. A video feature will air during the Watchpoint pre-show before the Stage 4 Week 4 matches later today, starting at 3:30 p.m. PDT on OverwatchLeague.com and on Twitch.tv/overwatchleague.
