PUBG Mobile, one of the most popular mobile games worldwide, has announced a collaboration with the renowned collectible brand BE@RBRICK, bringing iconic designer figures to the battleground.
BE@RBRICK, designed and produced by Japanese company MEDICOM TOY CORPORATION, is making its debut in PUBG Mobile today. In battle royale matches on the Erangel map, players will now have the chance to discover three types of giant BE@RBRICK randomly scattered across the landscape. Interacting with these figures will grant players various supplies based on the type of BE@RBRICK they find.
In addition to the figures, four BE@RBRICK companions are now available to accompany players on the battlegrounds: Level 3 Helmet BE@RBRICK Buddy, Ghillie Suit BE@RBRICK Buddy, Underworld Guide BE@RBRICK Buddy, and Air Drop BE@RBRICK Buddy. A range of new items will also be introduced, allowing players to showcase their own in-game PUBG Mobile-themed BE@RBRICK collectibles.
Vincent Wang, Head of PUBG Mobile Publishing at Tencent Games, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, citing BE@RBRICK’s innovative and creative work in the collectible sphere. Tatsuhiko Akashi, MEDICOM TOY CORPORATION President & CEO, also shared his excitement for introducing BE@RBRICK to gamers worldwide through this partnership.
The BE@RBRICK event is live in PUBG Mobile from April 14th, 2023, and will run until May 15th, 2023. Players can purchase BE@RBRICK companions and items until May 31st, 2023.
Furthermore, PUBG Mobile’s BE@RBRICKs will soon be available as physical collectibles. To qualify for purchasing a limited edition PUBG Mobile Air Drop BE@RBRICK, players must participate in upcoming in-game activities. More information will be shared through PUBG Mobile’s social media channels.
