Red Bull Announces Red Bull Solo Q Qualifiers for US + Canada!
This morning, Red Bull announced full details of its upcoming United States and Canada Qualifiers for Red Bull Solo Q, an amateur League of Legends tournament where players showcase their individual skill in 1v1 matches – all for the opportunity to compete for prizes, community pride, and the highly-coveted Red Bull Solo Q trophy in one of the most unique League of Legends tournament formats created.
US regional qualifiers kick off on May 29th, 2021, while Canada’s qualifiers start on September 18th, 2021. As part of today’s announcement, Red Bull also revealed that some of League of Legends’ biggest stars like Alberto “Crumbz” Rengifo, and Nicki Taylor, will be part of exclusive Red Bull Solo Q content, events, and tournaments throughout the competition series this year.

Red Bull North America, Inc., in partnership with the League Championship Series (LCS), announced the return of the ultimate League of Legends (LoL) 1v1 experience, Red Bull Solo Q, to the United States and Canada. Amateur players across North America will have the opportunity to compete for prizes, community pride, and the highly-coveted Red Bull Solo Q trophy in one of the most unique League of Legends tournament formats created.
Today, fans and amateur players in the United States and Canada can sign up online to compete against thousands of hopeful contestants starting with the first, regional U.S. qualifier on May 29th, 2021. The winner of the qualifier will secure a spot in the respective U.S. and Canada Finals, which is one step closer to joining the prestigious global final at the end of the year. The global final will be held in Germany, but as the health and safety of players is our priority, this is subject to change pending COVID-19 impacts and regulations.

- June 27th – National Open Qualifier 1

- July 25th – National Open Qualifier 2
- July 31st – San Francisco, CA
- July 31st – Orlando, FL
- July 31st – Dallas TX
- August 14th – Salt Lake City, UT
- August 28th – Boston, MA
- August 28th – Columbus, OH
- August 29th – National Open Qualifier 3
- November 14th – National Open Qualifier 4
Participation in each U.S. regional qualifier is restricted only to players currently residing in that region. U.S. Regional qualifiers will be held either in-person or geo-gated online pending local COVID-19 restrictions. NO FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN ONLINE QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT. THIS IS A SKILL CONTEST. Open to legal US residents, 18+ and age of majority in jurisdiction of residence. Registration for each U.S. Qualifier begins May 11th, 2021. Must have LoL and Battlefy account to participate.
