Roland-Garros Finalizes Deal with Tennis Clash to Become Their Official Mobile Game

Wildlife Studios today announced its extended licensing agreement with Fédération Française de Tennis (FFT) to continue bringing the Roland-Garros eSeries by BNP Paribas (the world’s biggest eTennis competition) to Tennis Clash. The new deal allows Tennis Clash to become the first official mobile game of Roland-Garros.

Wildlife Studios’ initial deal with the Fédération française de Tennis began in early 2022, bringing the Roland-Garros eSeries by BNP Paribas to the center stage with 238k participants and 1.66M matches played. Continuing the momentum from last year, Tennis Clash and Fédération Française de Tennis will collaborate to continue providing the best tennis and esports experiences to its players through 2025.

“Collaboration with Wildlife Studios in 2022 was the key to taking our eTennis competition to the next level. Together we offered a meaningful Roland-Garros experience to the Tennis Clash community, whose best players were able to qualify for our Grand Final. In 2023 we’ll go even further, I look forward to kicking off this new edition!” Aymeric Labaste – Head of Roland-Garros International Development

The 2023 Roland-Garros eSeries by BNP Paribas is set to bring the excitement of the Grand Slam to fans around the world. The tournament will feature online qualifiers, giving players from around the world the opportunity to compete. The top performers from the qualifiers will then have the chance to compete in the Grand Final, taking place at the iconic Roland-Garros venue in Paris on May 26th. The winner of the tournament will not only walk away with the prestigious trophy but also a cash prize of 5,000 EUR.

“The extended collaboration with the Fédération Française de Tennis will create fun and intuitive events alongside FFT to all players, whether you are a gamer or real-life tennis player”, Dotan Arad, General Manager of Tennis Clash. “At Wildlife Studios we strive to bring Tennis Clash as close to the real Tennis experience as possible to our players, and feel that this extended deal will accomplish that.”

This collaboration announcement comes amidst the game’s month-long collaboration with Tennis Australia in celebration of the Australian Open. Tennis Clash is committed to providing its players with the most realistic tennis experience on mobile. This partnership is the latest in Tennis Clash’s history with prestigious organizations in tennis including the International Tennis Federation, USTA, ATP, WTA, and Tennis Australia.
