Pearl Abyss today announced that a new Trio Mode has rolled out for its hero action battle royale Shadow Arena.
Trio Mode pits three-person teams against each other in the arena. Revive, attack and strategize to be the last ones standing! A team claims victory when the other team is wiped out, or if a team’s Hero is able to conquer the Relic of Ascension. Time to fight… or defend!
Here are a few tips from Pearl Abyss to help players succeed in Trio Mode:
- Select Heroes whose skills will complement one another
- Work together to revive a fallen teammate – it will get them back on their feet faster than the auto-revive
- Have your teammates cover you – defending the relic leaves you vulnerable
- Gain buffs by destroying Blackstar fragments that will spawn across the battlefield
