NewGen, in partnership with Wandering Wizard – the indie arm of Snail Games – has just released West Hunt on Steam for PC, bringing gamers to the lawless Old West in this social deduction game. This online multiplayer game offers various roles, gameplay modes, and randomized elements for players to deduce identities and take down their opponents, from Cowboys and Townspeople to Natives, tumbleweeds, and even snakes in boots.
In West Hunt, players can enjoy PvP, PvE, 1-on-1, 2-on-2, or 3-on-3 matches as they try to uncover the identity of the wolf in sheep’s clothing lurking among them. Players can select from various characters and skins, donning old western garb, and use emotes to taunt their opponents via in-game voice chat.
To celebrate West Hunt’s launch on Steam, Wandering Wizard is offering gamers a 20% in-game store discount, an experience (EXP) progress boost, and daily leaderboard prizes for the top three Sheriffs and Outlaws, who win skins and items. The game publisher is also giving away free keys via West Hunt’s Discord server, as well as Twitch drops for exclusive skins and emotes. The game is currently available for $9.99 USD on Steam and will soon be available on the Nintendo Switch.
