SQUARE ENIX® celebrates a win as the company recently took home a Gold at the Clio Awards for “Shadow of the Cute Raider,” a re-creation of the Shadow of the Tomb Raider™ End of the Beginning trailer.
The Clio Awards is an annual award program that recognizes innovation and creative excellence in advertising, design, and communication, judged by an international panel of advertising professionals.
The committee honored the re-creation of the Shadow of the Tomb Raider™ End of the Beginning trailer for its cute and creative twist celebrating National Dog Day. The trailer was created by Square Enix in partnership with Barkley. The award-winning Shadow of the Cute Raider is a trailer where a determined dog must master the deadly jungle, defeat villainous cats, and race to save the world from a Maya apocalypse.
Square Enix has also recently released Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition. Featuring the base game and all seven post-launch DLC, the bundle gives players the chance to experience the final chapter of Lara Croft®’s origin story with every challenge tomb, downloadable weapon, outfit and skill. Lara must master a deadly jungle, overcome terrifying tombs, and persevere through her darkest hour. As she races to save the world from a Maya apocalypse, Lara will ultimately be forged into the Tomb Raider® she is destined to be.
