Today on Xbox Wire, it was announced that Microsoft Flight Simulator is getting its seventh major world update with World Update VII: Australia, available now free for all players across Xbox Series X|S with Xbox Game Pass, Windows 10 and 11 with Xbox Game Pass for PC, and Steam.
A country known for being as diverse as it is beautiful, this great Southern land presents a bucket list of jaw-dropping natural formations and modern man-made wonders – now enhanced with graphic improvements. Orbx Simulation Systems, based in Melbourne, Australia, has handcrafted four airports and added high-resolution detail to over 100 others.
The update also includes 94 custom-crafted points of interest (POIs). And there are 16 new activities, including five bush trips, six discovery flights, and five landing challenges that will take Microsoft Flight Simulator pilots Down Under.
