NEW ANIMATIONS, CONTROLLER AND SYNCHRONIZATION APPLIED
We have a pleasure to announce the long-awaited combat update is live! Due to the massive amount of changes and improvements, the combat has become much more in-depth and rewarding players for their own skills.
The combat update not only has introduced awesome motion-capture animations made by Jakub Kisiel, who is best known from his great work on such titles as The Witcher 3 and Gears of War. There is also entirely reworked controller and synchronization, as well as new combat mechanics, including directional blocking, charge mechanics, combat in water and ability to place a shield on your back.
There is no time to slow down though! The upcoming updates will introduce Azebs, new playable nation which will occupy a new part of the world. While our artists are working hard on new equipment which will reflect this nomadic culture, we are polishing the Azebs’ main settlement. At the same time, we are coming close to introduce the quests system soon as well. Thanks to them we will be able to greatly expand the story of Gloria Victis world and available content soon.
