Today, Runway has joined Hi-Rez’s cross-platform free-to-play shooter Rogue Company. Just like all playable Rogues, she can be unlocked for free just by playing matches.
Raised by spies from opposite sides of the Cold War, Runway forged a career as a globe-trotting fashion model – and used it as cover for espionage. She then leveraged her knowledge to run a dicey double business… Customers leaving her E7 stores were always dressed to kill.
As the ultimate arms dealer, it only makes sense that Runway should be equipped with top-notch gear herself. Instead of one primary weapon, she carries two including the new Hydra, a large caliber, fully automatic assault rifle dealing massive damage over long ranges.
Always gracious, she can supply her team members with a briefcase granting infinite ammunition and refilling gadgets. For all Rogues, Runway is an invaluable ally.
Do you love playing as Phantom but prefer Fixer’s sniper rifle, the Tyr? Once mastered, you can now use it with Phantom too. With the new Weapon Mastery system, when players use a weapon and complete its challenges, they rank up its mastery level. Once fully mastered, it can be used with all Rogues already familiar with the same weapon type. This major feature adds tactical depth and meaningful choices to each match.
Weapon Mastery is also about achievements and prestigious free rewards. New cosmetics can be unlocked to state just how lethal you are with your arsenal. For each mastered weapon you can boast a golden Kill Feed icon, a Profile Banner, and a total of four Weapon Wraps including one of a brand-new type, the ‘Nova’ reactive Wrap.
