With over 125,000 units of Super Seducer sold, RLR Training celebrates the series’ massive success on Steam since it’s first March 2018 release. In honor of such an exciting milestone, Super Seducer 2’s “Tinder level” is now unlocked for players to put their mobile romance skills to the test.
“We are very happy that gamers have taken to the Super Seducer series,” said Richard La Ruina, creator of the Super Seducer series. “We tried to make a game that is both entertaining and informative, and the results in terms of sales, Twitch streams, Steam reviews, and YouTube videos speak for themselves.”
“No matter how players choose to enjoy the game, we’re happy that they are enjoying it, and we hope they learn a thing or two about modern dating while they play,” Richard continued.
Just ahead of Super Seducer 2’s launch, fans found the Super Seducer 3 Steam store preview, revealing that a third installment was already in the works, and the RLR team is relying on player feedback more than ever.
“With Super Seducer 2, we took a look at all the feedback and reviews of Super Seducer, and then crafted the game based on that feedback – both positive and negative. We’ll take the same approach for Super Seducer 3, but are also planning some surprise elements,” Richard explains. ”An online function and open-world gameplay are two features that we’d love to include.”
With the unexpected success of the Super Seducer series, Richard says that his company, RLR Training, is interested in using their experience in high-quality film production and choose-your-own-adventure FMV games to explore genres outside of seduction.
“We would like to try to make a live-action horror, spy, or Dark Souls-inspired FMV game,” said La Ruina. “We feel that our expertise in FMV games and creating compelling video are ideally suited to creating an interactive movie. We are currently talking to directors and screenwriters to find the perfect project to bring to life in 2019.”
Now that Super Seducer has left its mark on PC, the RLR Training team will be working towards expanding the reach of the series. Where to exactly? Consoles, of course! RLR aims to bring the wildly popular FMV dating sim to Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, and possibly PlayStation 4.
