This signing aims to develop, nurture, and sustain the SEA esports community into the Metaverse.
Esports Players League (ESPL), the global amateur esports tournament and platform provider and Southeast Asia’s leading gaming guild, Yield Guild Games Southeast Asia (YGG SEA) are proud to announce a partnership that aims to bring forth a new era of competitive gaming into the regional esports ecosystem and community.
YGG SEA is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that acquires and manages non-fungible tokens (NFTs) used in the metaverse, with a mission to create the biggest and most sustainable Play-to-Earn (P2E) virtual economy focused on SEA.
“We are pooling players from Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand and will continue to grow the P2E ecosystem within these countries. Having ESPL onboard with YGG SEA, this partnership will see both organizations expanding to over 300,000 users within 2023 in the region,” mentioned Ryan Kan, Marketing Manager for YGG SEA Malaysia.
