The Latin American Games Showcase and Women-Led Games Showcase are set to bring some fresh heat to the Summer Game Fest on June 9th. For the first time, these two showcases are officially part of the renowned live video game event hosted by Geoff Keighley, promising an exciting lineup of games and exclusive content.

Streamers and content creators are invited to co-stream the showcases on YouTube, expanding the reach and engagement of these unique events.

The Latin American Games Showcase is set to spotlight over 70 games from a vibrant array of countries, including Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Peru, Panama, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. Here are some highlighted titles to keep an eye on:

  • Deathbound by Trialforge Studio | Tate Multimedia: A party-based soulslike set in a dark fantasy world.
  • Despelote by Julián Cordero and Sebastian Valbuena | Panic: A slice-of-life adventure about football and childhood memories set in 2000s Ecuador.
  • Mariachi Legends by Halberd Studios: A 2D platformer blending Mexican folklore with classic arcade gameplay.
  • Hidden In My Paradise by Ogre Pixel: A cozy hidden-object game where you create your own adorable little paradises.
  • Arco by Franek, Max Cahill, Bibiki, and Fáyer | Panic: Turn-based strategy meets action-adventure in a breathtaking pixel-art world.

A Celebration of Games Made By Women-Led Studios

The Women-Led Games Showcase will feature 20 games, highlighting the creativity and innovation of women-led studios. Some titles to watch out for are:

  • SunnySide by RainyGames | Merge Games: A farming x dating sim about finding harmony in the Japanese countryside.
  • Dungeon Clawler by Stray Fawn Studio: A roguelike claw machine deckbuilder inspired by Japanese crane games.
  • Just Crow Things by Unbound Creations: An action-adventure game about a little crow making new animal friends, pooping on humans, and stealing everything shiny.
  • Bubblegum Galaxy by Smarto Club: Rebuild the galaxy tile by tile in this Katamari-inspired game.
  • The Crush House by Nerial | Devolver Digital: A “thirst-person shooter” about filming a reality dating show.
