Today the much-anticipated chaotic 4v4 prop hunt game Midnight Ghost Hunt is announcing its January closed beta weekend, taking place January 28th-30th, 2022.
This comes ahead of the game’s launch into Early Access later this year and promises a bucketload of ghoulish scares and hijinks for players to try out for a limited time.
Players can apply to join the beta now via the Midnight Ghost Hunt Steam page.
After a highly successful first closed Beta in October 2021 which saw servers stress-tested with thousands of players, the team is inviting Hunters and Ghosts back to the hallowed halls of Midnight Ghost Hunt’s array of spooktacular maps to kickstart the new year.
In Midnight Ghost Hunt, players are in for a chaotic 4v4 hide-and-seek experience as teams of Hunters and Ghosts go toe to toe in a boisterously fun battle between the living and the dead.
In a thrilling new take on the prop hunt genre, Hunters must work together using an array of hi-tech gadgets and weapons to hunt down and destroy Ghosts as they attempt to conceal themselves around Midnight Ghost Hunt’s chilling various maps. The Spectrophone, Radar, and Pathfinder can detect ghostly presences, while a range of sledgehammers, harpoons, and salt-spewing shotguns can be utilized to destroy the Ghosts. Use the Vacuum to hoover up any spectral remains to banish them to the underworld.
