Indie game developer Benjamin Rommel is proud to announce September 29th as the official release date of a major content update to Galactic Crew, a roguelike Sci-Fi exploration game for PC, available on Early Access via STEAM™. A year has passed since Galactic Crew made its debut, and in celebration of the anniversary the game is discounted and updated with exciting new features and content.
Galactic Crew offers a challenging gameplay experience in which you and your crew is tasked to explore a galaxy far away with the hopes of finding riches and glory. Explore planets, mine asteroids, trade with other merchants and unlock compelling content adding depth to the game. The anniversary update adds a completely new and improved tutorial to introductory players in addition to more complexity to active players.
Galactic Crew boldly takes you where no man has gone before as the Captain of a ship with a small crew and limited resources to begin. Journey through the dangerous galaxy and meet merchants, miners, scientists and space pirates! Trade goods and resources to upgrade your vessel and with time you can acquire a teleporter to explore different types of planets and even underground dungeons. Along the way, you interact with scientists to gain useful intel on what to do. Rescue crashed pilots, fight raiders, vicious beasts and continue to mine asteroids seeking riches. Galactic Crew currently includes more than 12 playable ships, each with its own layout. More than 25 rooms are available for customization. With more than 100 handcrafted dungeons to raid and over a dozen planets to visit, it will take a long time before you conquer the galaxy and return home with riches and fortunes.
Galactic Crew is continuously updated by Benjamin Rommel who always responds and reacts to player feedback. Since the game originally launched, Benjamin has provided numerous updates and fixes adding new content and enhancements as the game continue to grow in size and popularity.
