Get ready, rockers! Aerie Digital is cranking it up to eleven with Battle Bands: Rock & Roll Deckbuilder exiting Early Access on November 13, 2023. Dropping on Steam for the PC master race, this game is where rock dreams and card strategies meld into one epic jam session.

The Decks Are Stacked, Literally

In the fantastical realm of Riff City, your deck is more than just cards—it’s your instrument. Whether you’re shredding it on the guitar, thumping on the bass, tickling the ivories, or slamming the drums, Battle Bands lets you customize your sonic arsenal. Offering hundreds of unique unlockable cards, the game allows players to level up their decks through 30 levels of musical mayhem.

Two Modes, Double the Fun

Gameplay isn’t just a one-hit wonder here. Battle Bands features two distinct modes that cater to your competitive or collaborative spirit. Tour Mode sends you on roguelike campaigns, pitting 1-4 players against challenging bosses. If tournaments are more your jam, Royale Mode offers online 64-band tournaments, supporting up to 4 players per band.

A Visual Symphony

Your band is more than its sound; it’s also about the look. Battle Bands gives you the power to personalize everything from outfits and instruments to your touring van. And guess what? No microtransactions and zero FOMO. That’s right, all the glam without the scam.

What’s New on the Setlist

The official launch isn’t just a retuned version of the Early Access game; it comes with a boatload of new features. The Metal Moon Rising Riff City Event and a third free Backstage Pass promise metal-themed rewards. Meanwhile, the New and Improved Grand Royale features unique vendors and special events. Plus, face off against 9 all-new Royale Rivals for unique cosmetic rewards, including wild outfit options at Joe’s Variety Shop.

Your Ghost Band Haunts You

A unique twist in the game is the Shadow Band Reign feature, which pits players against their strongest former self. So, whether you’re a rock legend or a garage band, you’ll be your biggest competition.

Aerie Digital has truly been a rock star, engaging with the community and constantly evolving the game through its Early Access phase. So mark your calendars, because Battle Bands: Rock & Roll Deckbuilder is ready to take the main stage come November 13. And who knows, you just might be the next big thing to come out of Riff City.
