Playful Corp. announced today the launch of “The Blueprint Revolution” update for Creativerse, giving players the tools to easily share their creations and browse others’ on Steam Workshop, unlocking a treasure trove of free content. Player feedback continues to influence the ongoing updates of the free-to-play, open-world sandbox game, and this highly-requested feature represents the majority of the work that went into today’s update.
The Blueprint Revolution update gives players the power to capture anything they’ve built in the game and quickly share it to Steam Workshop, where it is showcased and available for the rest of the Creativerse community. Players can browse through all submissions using the feature’s tagging system to find specific builds that catch their interest and download as many as they like. They can then re-create these in their own world via the game’s blueprint feature, which provides intuitive step-by-step building instructions.
“This update opens up the game in a way that was previously only available to hardcore builders,” said Daniel Havens, the game’s director. “Now, players with intricate, masterful builds can easily share them with everyone, giving all our players access to amazing content from across the world.
