Death Coming Presents Folsom Street Foundry’s “GameVibes Thursday”

Over 250 gamers in the Bay Area were able to try out Death Coming at the weekly “GameVibes Thursday” event on November 16th. The event, a staple of the Folsom Street Foundry, brings a featured game to the center for participants to play. As an added bonus, the entrance fee was paid by NEXT Studio to give interested players free entry to the event.

Death Coming launched on November 6th on Steam and has players step into the role of the Grim Reaper’s apprentice. The game focuses on causing accidents to an unknowing populace whilst hiding your deeds from angels looking to punish you. Death Coming has been praised for its adorable art style and non-linear design with a “Very Positive” user rating on Steam and over 590 user reviews.

While the game was for Early Access, it was mistakenly released when NEXT Studio updated the title with a patch. Even with this accident, the dev team strives to continually improve Death Coming based on player feedback. Death Coming is now available on Steam for $6.99.
