YouTube video

Yo, listen up Guardians! Time to put the Raid on hold, ’cause Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost is back in the game. Running now through November 7, the Festival is bringing its own kind of spook-tacular twist. We’re talkin’ masks, treats, and Haunted Sectors that’ll test even the toughest among us.

Get Your Spooky Gear and Sweet Treats

Equip those creepy masks and dive into challenges scattered in Haunted Sectors across the system. Doing so will earn you an arsenal of treats like the new Acosmic Legendary Grenade Launcher and some community-chosen insect ornament sets. Trust us, this ain’t your neighborhood trick-or-treating. Score yourself some Eerie Engrams and you’re set to nab extra layers of challenges and loot in Legend Haunted Sectors. Oh, and let’s not forget the Festival of the Lost Event Card for snagging additional rewards.

A Glimmer of Choice for Guardians

But hold on, it gets better! Rack up tickets from Event Challenges and upgrade that Event Card for even more tasty rewards. Wanna focus on getting that specific weapon you’ve been eyeing? Use your Eerie Engrams with Eva’s Hocus Focusing. The lady’s got you covered, even letting those engrams focus drop into Exotic armor if you own any Destiny 2 expansions. Talk about customization! And yes, Eva’s got other goodies for you too, like the all-black Festival of the Lost Memento for crafted weapons.

Community’s Call: Insect Armor Ornaments

First time in the history of Destiny 2, the players themselves got to vote on armor ornament sets for this year’s Festival. Hunters and Titans, you’re getting all spidery, while Warlocks are turning into beetles. Yep, you read that right. These sets are up for grabs at the Eververse store, so you can spookify your Guardian just the way you like it.

Real-World Swag: Bungie Rewards Special Set

Into real-world loot? Complete the Bookworm Event Challenge by November 7, and you’ll be eligible to get your hands on a Festival of the Lost Treat Set from the Bungie Store. It packs a Headless Ones Pin, Candy Pin, and a Headless Ones Tote. So not only can you look good in the game, but you can sport some sweet Destiny 2 gear in the real world too.

Ongoing and Upcoming Activities in Destiny 2

By the way, in the current Season of the Witch, you’re still chasing down the Witness, teaming up with Eris Morn to resurrect the Witch Queen, Savathûn. The stage is set for some epic showdowns with new seasonal activities and the Deck of Whispers buff cards to customize your loadouts. Keep an eye out for The Final Shape expansion dropping on February 27, 2024, bringing the Light and Darkness Saga to an action-packed close.

So, Guardians, now that you’re all clued up, it’s time to jump into the Festival of the Lost and show these Haunted Sectors who’s boss. Get those masks on and let the loot hunt begin!
