In ROME: Total War, you raise your armies and manage your empire on a huge Campaign Map ranging from the Alps to the Pyramids.
On iPhone, we have enhanced the zoom function so that you can zoom in closer and pull out further, letting you easily keep a close watch on your enemy’s manoeuvres or step back and strategise with the bigger picture.
We are also introducing a slick new zoom method. Zoom in automatically by tapping close to selectable objects on the Campaign Map, such as armies or cities. A quick pinch gesture zooms you back out.
Rome wasn’t rebuilt in a day… but you can enjoy its construction. Over the coming weeks, expect further reveals of ROME features being developed for the iPhone.
