This month also marks a significant milestone for CCP Games and the EVE Online community. It’s the 10th anniversary of The Bloodbath of B-R5RB, a monumental event in gaming history. This colossal battle stands as one of the most expensive and extensive conflicts in video game lore.
The 2014 clash saw the destruction of 576 capital ships and 75 Titans, the largest class of ships available to players. A staggering 7,548 players were involved in the conflict, which spanned over 21 hours. This epic battle earned its place in EVE’s universe with an in-game monument named “The Titanomachy.”
