Goat Simulator 3, the popular video game developed by Coffee Stain North and published by Coffee Stain Publishing, has recently released a free Easter update, inviting players to participate in San Angora’s inaugural egg hunt. The update introduces a new quest called ‘Operation Crackdown’, which revolves around discovering the secrets of a mysterious giant egg that has appeared on a small island off the coast of San Angora. To unravel the mystery, players must locate 12 hidden eggs scattered throughout the mainland, each containing unique items to unlock.
To aid players in their search, the first egg uncovered will reward them with the RadEars, a fluffy gear item that points towards the hidden eggs. The Easter update also includes 18 other new pieces of equipment, featuring egg and bunny-themed items such as the Slinger Saddle, Walking Egg Shells, Flappy Goat, and Bug Bunny. Additional cosmetics, like the Shellmet, Hen Head, Turdle Outfit, Rubber Rooster Outfit, and PåskKärring attire, are also available.
Creative Director Santiago Ferrero shared his excitement about the update, saying, “We hope you like eggs! There are a lot of eggs in this update. Eggs you can break, eggs you can wear, even eggs that contain special yet familiar surprises.” He also hinted at the return of a beloved feathered character from the game’s past, encouraging players to participate in the event and uncover the surprises for themselves.
As part of the Easter festivities, Goat Simulator 3 will be available at a discounted price on the Epic Game Store, with a 35% reduction between 6th and 20th April. PlayStation 5 users can also take advantage of a 25% discount, valid until 26th April.
Players can now access Operation Crackdown in Goat Simulator 3, which is available on PC through the Epic Games Store, as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
