LINE Games Brings Massive Renewal Update for Guardian Chronicle, with 100 Free Character Summon Event!
LINE Game announced that cross-platform (mobile/PC (Steam)) Defense game Guardian Chronicle: Gate of Lanium, developed by Pixel Cruise, has carried out a massive renewal update.
From the collected feedback from players, Guardian Chronicle has brought ▶New illustrations for 70 characters ▶Story Mode ▶Renewed character build system ▶New Intimacy system and character Scout ceiling.
Meet the characters with more sophisticated illustrations with Live2D animation. The overall UI design has also been modified to match the new art style. The characters are now with their own voice lines, accompanied by individual background stories, which can be checked via the new Intimacy system.
The update introduced a new single-player content ‘Story Mode’, in which players can explore the world of Guardian Chronicle and get to know the game’s combat system before they dive into the game’s main competitive contents.
Players can enjoy the new character growth system, which has made the whole character-building system more interesting and sustainable. The game’s Scout system now has a ceiling to make character acquisition easier.
The update also presents new Guardians ‘John’ and ‘Maria’, two new Skins, along with festive events. To celebrate the renewal update, Guardian Chronicle will hold three big events until this coming February 24th, 2022.
First, a total of 100 character summons, 10 free pulls for 10 days, will be available! Players can also participate in a week-long attendance event which will give out 10 Scout Tickets, popular guardian ‘Foce’, and 500 Rubies, and more. Also, players can earn ‘capsule’ items, which can be traded for various in-game items during the event.
