Quality-of-Life Enhancements and New Tracks
This update brings several quality-of-life improvements to the KartRider: Drift gaming experience. Players can look forward to new tracks and balance changes, enhancing the overall thrill of the game.
Mid-Season Update Features:
New Tracks to Race
Two new tracks have been added to the Catch Me If You Can update, and Nexon has committed to adding new tracks every month from the launch of this update. Get ready to race in these spectacular new locations:
- Forest: Misty Falls
- WKC: Mexico Touring Rally
New Leveling System: Momentum Growth
Along with new tracks, Nexon has introduced a Momentum growth system, where players earn in-game rewards as they level up. The rewards are based on Racer Level, and Momentum Level can be raised up to Lv. 500.
Flag Mode Adjustments
Listening to player feedback, the team has made some necessary adjustments to Flag Mode difficulty. Players now have 2.5 minutes to win 5 Flag Mode races, giving them a bit more breathing room compared to the previous 2-minute limit.
Social Interaction Boosts
Communicating with other players has been made easier with the introduction of emojis during the post-race awards ceremony, and a new Quick Chat Favorites feature.
Special Gifts for Season 3 Launch
Nexon is also celebrating the release of Season 3 with special gifts. Racers can snag their own Spyder kart and 10,000 Lucci bonus using a special code by 14:59 UTC on August 31st, 2023, following the instructions on the event page.
